kbates666 : After several years of service from my pro level plan I decided to upgrade to the elite....I mean hey what's 5 bucks more.

2 days ago my Modem (2 Wire 2700HG-B Gateway) reported a upgrade in speed so I tested it and was only getting around 2.5Mb/s
I searched this site a found that this is a common problem and to call and have them check your redback profile. When I did they said that the profile was fine. They said they would forward my problem to the local office to have them make sure we were on the right speed.

I waited 24 hours like they asked to no avail. The speed it still at the pro level.
Maybe on of y'all could help out

here is the speed test

and my modem connection details

DSL Connection Details
DSL Line (Wire Pair): Line 1 (inner pair)
Protocol: G.DMT Annex A
Downstream Rate: 6016 kbps
Upstream Rate: 768 kbps
Channel: Fast
Current Noise Margin: 16.0 dB (Downstream), 19.0 dB (Upstream)
Current Attenuation: 30.8 dB (Downstream), 16.5 dB (Upstream)
Current Output Power: 13.3 dBm (Downstream), 11.9 dBm (Upstream)
DSLAM Vendor Information: Country: {0x00} Vendor: {ALCB} Specific: {0x00}
PVC Info: 0/35
