they suck they do not want more than one computer on at a time, they say THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH OUR SERVICE. My suggestion is go to the cable store flood the store with users and their cablemodems telling the rep they are leaving for comcast and if they ask why, no connectivity,and when you use VOIP they slow you down unless you use their service. I was gonna get wavecable for myself *using my roommates* but not with this cruddy connections. Everyone who is effected by the crappy connection please email wavecable complaining every 5 hours till they fix it. If they get enough complaints they will fix it.
I hate wavecable now more than i did commiecast

| I had qwest dsl were I lived it worked very consistent with the 1.5down package. my phone lines were bad too only 21k on dialup. I had 1 power outage that's it and also had I guess high latency which might accounted for some gaming drops?
but (never were I lived) had the cable slowing issues |
