1. What operating system(s) are you having this issue with
2. What are the LAN settings set to
3. What is the network adapter order configured for (I bet dial up is first)
4. Are these desktops, laptop (which throws wi-fi into the mix), netbooks
5. What router, if any is being used and how is it configured
6. What troubleshooting steps do you typically take to solve the issue (e.g. verifying network card is enabled in the device manager, DHCP settings, etc) |
