Re: Best 2-Way Splitter

I didn't realize what the frequency actually was until now. I met to say a 2-way splitter with the least dB loss, not the highest frequency. I currently have an Antronix 2-way splitter with a dB loss of 3.5 (-3.5 dB). Is there a 2-way splitter with a lower dB loss than that? Thanks again!

No - you have the splitter you need.

(There are such things as taps, but we don't need to get into that and it's most likely beyond the scope of the discussion)

No, because anytime you cut a signal in half...it loses 3.5 dB.

So are you saying that there is not a SINGLE splitter that has a lower dB loss than 3.5?
