Anyway, the modem requires a very strong signal and there were 2 splitters in the way (where the other side it was split once off the main line in). They put an electric amplifier/splitter in the attic and replaced all the other splitters with higher powered ones. That solved the problem and it was all free. I'd call the company up and see if they can look into it. There are two coaxial connections upstairs and neither are able to connect online. I don't know how I can solve this issue.
