I guess I can somewhat agree with this. My ISP ramped up their 3 meg internet package to 5 mbit while also increasing the prices for new consumers...

The parameters used to measure broadband performance are largely subjective, so it's difficult to make any accurate comparisons. (even that statement was subjective) |
