I guess I can somewhat agree with this. My ISP ramped up their 3 meg internet package to 5 mbit while also increasing the prices for new consumers... 
Eh, I guess new speeds have to be paid for somewhere?

Ashburn, VA | We still have a long way to go, and we are certainly not leading the way, or anywhere close to it. The parameters used to measure broadband performance are largely subjective, so it's difficult to make any accurate comparisons. (even that statement was subjective) |
