I have to say, my experiences with Verizon DSL and Verizon Wireless have been pretty much hassle free. My wireless bill is always dead on, and pretty consistent from month to month. My phone/DSL bill was never an issue.
I still think your mileage with Verizon is incumbent on what Baby Bell you were part of before the break up and re merging of some of these companies.
I am in former Bell Atlantic territory and I've always been happy with my services. I was a little miffed when they wanted a $400 deposit for Fios, and then found out it was because my latest payment was something like 2 days late and it sent up a flag.
Waiting with fingers crossed for my first Fios bill....

| Dont worry about. I have received my first 2 bills and both have been on point and in the price range they should have been. I just believe people just need something negative to say about such a good service. Maybe they had billing issues in the past but my bill were both easy to read and correct. The first one was about 20 buck higher than the second one due to pro-rations and such. But the 2nd bill was right on point. I can't wait to get my netbook. |
