| fiostv and fiosnet i wonder why verizon just doesnt have a help center right there at the place of business like time warner cable does,because you can call time warner cable directly and they patch you in and help you and can send a cable guy over anytime to help fix and resolve the matter in question.but usually,you can go down to time warner cable and switch out the cable modem and highdef setop box for a new one if your having problems.then after you hook up your cable broadband wired or wireless modem and then you have to connect the site that the modem brand name is made from and then use the numbers on the modem to register it,but any problems and you call time warner cable and they guide you through it all within the matter of minutes. |
