Dont worry about. I have received my first 2 bills and both have been on point and in the price range they should have been. I just believe people just need something negative to say about such a good service. Maybe they had billing issues in the past but my bill were both easy to read and correct. The first one was about 20 buck higher than the second one due to pro-rations and such. But the 2nd bill was right on point. I can't wait to get my netbook.
