FIOS Billing

I had Fios and the service itself was pretty good although the router is crap. I had to replace three of them and six, yes six HD DVR Set-top boxes. The straw that broke this camels back was billing. I was double billed for $200 and after hours of phone time to fix it, it came back around to bite me again. I paid the bill to avoid the collections route but I will never have anythign Verizon again as a result. I even cancelled my VZ Wireless. I'm glad I'm out. I would rather have dial-up than Verizon. You will all eventually have the same issues, I promise.

Every bill has additional charges that should not be there.
They take them off over a 3 month period, however.
I'm moving to Comcast or Dish.

Initial install FREE? but billed $110 fee. Took 2 months to credit.
Phone stopped working, no dial tone in house, no dial tone at box outside house. FIX FREE? but billed $91 labor charges for tech call to add a new box, splice wire that was chaffed (during install). Transferred to 3 'superviors' and went thru entire story. They claimed the Tech entered my house!!!OMG

Blew through 3 WiFiRouters so far. Afraid my home's electricity is the problem so added a surge protector, so far so good 2 months now.

Yes, service is great. Customer service is much friendlier than offshore RCN morons. Fight about the monthly promised price for 2 years EVERY MONTH as they keep forgetting to credit me $10 to get to the $99.99 Freedom Package bundle TV, ISP, Phone unlimited local/long distance.
