I never let isp software touch my computer.... the damn stuff is malware, and in most cases it creates a backdoor into your system, besides also screwing things up at the same time.
Oh yeah, it's another one of those LAZY programs that requires .NET to run. You get to download more crap to your computer that you won't use, and takes up more hdd space! Yay!
