It is hard to tell. It does look legit but there are very few posts in the forum page of their site. I would be cautious of any one that tells you they can get your money back from the scammers. Scammers have lawyers who make sure their clients are well protected and that every thing is legal, even if it is not ethical.

The best way to protect yourself from scammers is to be informed. Do the research and trust your instincts. If you have questions about a company there is probably a reason.

I will keep my eye on scamvictimhelp.com to see if anything comes up. Also check the better business Bureau at www.bbb.org.
