We don't need the government telling business what we need and when we need it, that should be left in the hands of the free market. Yes, and the consumer shouldn't have to sue companies through class actions or go through binding arbitration to get a problem fixed. If these companies had thousands of lawsuits from ticked off consumers, and these companies had to pay for the court costs of ALL these cases, they'd treat them a little better.
