Ashburn, VA | I'm not so sure. TiVo already has a solid, winnable case put together. They have invested a great deal of resources in their battle with Dish, so they may as well try and get as much money as they can for all that initial research and preparation. | |

Especially after Tivo wins a huge court case against them. You have to think like a telco executive: we are the best, we deserve handouts with no strings attached, we create the rules that others live by, etc. | |
