Re: All companies should just have Tivo do their DVR. Why should they do that ? Dish has already came up with a different means to do the DVR functions that shouldn't infringe. In fact - they applied for their OWN patent on it. |

Thus far, every one of Dish Network's implementations was found infringing. They are awaiting the result of the appeal, but as it stands today, they have no non-infringing DVR implementation. |
