How do you get to Yahoo? Bookmark or what? I had problems with Yahoo changing the page on a laptop. The addy showed m.yahoo
which I think means mobile. I found the original page and bookmarked that. I'll also get some strange stuff if I go from mail to the main site. I just use the bookmark to switch now. |

(IF YOU KNOW how to block a page then: block the »www.myahoo.com if that is and then it comes back to old one
IF U DONT know how to block a site then simply go to START>CONTROL PANEL> NETWORK AND INTERNET CONNECTIONS> INTERNET OPTIONS> PRIVACY>SITES copy then website address from top of the homepage and paste it there or just write it there and PRESS BLOCK and ok ) |

with the help of a NEW good FRIEND,NDT we been able to finally get the orignal yahoo home page back,PERMANENTLY

| I don't see much difference between that, and what I get when I click "switch to narrow layout." 
Heck I don't see all that much difference between the new version and the old. Mainly the box o' links to other Yahoo services is now on the right.
But whatever.

I like automatically go to the top right to Log Out and now then moved it once again to the top left...Probably in a couple of weeks they'll screw around again and move it back to the top right. But to me, their free email is good for what I use it for, I don't receive any spam and their Finance section is still one of the best around so I put up with all their other screw-ups. ========================================

IF EVERYONE who is unhappy with microsoft/yahoo changes wiukd send an email to them, instead of just complaining about the changes,& not buy any Microsoft crapola,the company MIGHT take notice,

Trackable in what way? Yahoo is still leaving a cookie when you visit it.
Could you point me to a thread or article about how they are tracking users any differently than they were a year ago?

I think I found it when Yahoo got cute with the mobile thing.
Works in Opera, too.
Click on Yahoo from mail or groups and God knows what you will get.
