I have Embarq and am experiencing long ping times and about 1/3 of my paid for speed. Anyone else having problems?

@embarqhsd.net		 I just got off the phone with Embarq, apparently they have had some problems with people's DSLAM profiles, got my profile rebuilt, and it's good to go.
