Re: [Speed Issues] Bittorrent - Worcester, MA area Yes, Charter and the big name cable companies have new software that not even throttles your speed but also I and a few co-workers have received letters from their legal department that they would turn over our personal info to any company who requests it. In order to prove we are downloading illegal things. I no longer use bit torrent, limewire, and bearshare for that reason. Your safest bet is rapidshare. |
