I just can't seem to connect to the MiFi 2200 at all. I've tried 2 different laptops and they see the hotspot, i connect to it but it just doesn't issue an IP and i can't get online.

Is there a way to hard reset the device ?

there's a pin hole on the back of the mifi. poke it with a paperclip to reset. attached is the sprint "troubleshooting guide" for the mifi. good luck.
