Re: easy class action suit; any lawyer takers? Even so, it would get them bad publicity, and they might take a moment to reevaluate the practice and stop it. I had to struggle with getting $1.99-$3.98 data charges taken off for about 4 months straight before they stopped appearing on my bill. They need to be punished for attempting to and successfully extorting extra money from their loyal customers. |

 | Class actions are BS, and the lawyers generally are the biggest winners. But this is the ONLY way to punish a company who does this kind of thing (ripping off mass amounts of people for small ammounts). Like I have said before, it's the lesser of two evils:
1. Do a class action where the lawyers get fat but at least the company stops the illegal behavior.
OR
2. Do nothing at all and the company continues to fleece their customers with the minutest chance that the gubberment will get involved tostop the illegal behavior. |
