I don't know if I would be in the majority or minority for feeling this way, but I think the original directive while good intentioned was counter to the way our market works and I agree completely with the courts system. That does not mean I don't want to see competition, as a matter of fact I want to see a lot of it, I just believe that the government (i.e. the people) should go about it in a different manor. |
