The whole idea of being in business is to be in business and make money. The way you do that is to sell your widgy-do to every person in the known universe and I don't think ANYBODY has the right to say how many customers a company or business can have.
If Comcast has 80 million customers and Cox has 12 then Cox obviously needs to look at their business model. Note: I am using Comcast and Cox as examples only.
