However, Comcast could still get easy approval to suck up small systems adjacent to their existing franchises without worrying the Justice Dept. And now the FCC won't have the backing to stop them.
IMHO that's exactly what Comcast wants. With the possible exception of Cablevision I can't think of any other major cable companies that Comcast would want to swallow whole. Why would they want all of Time Warner Cable and they definitely don't want all of Charter.
