if you Verizon , they will end up making you hate linux as you curse them for hanging up on you this time in a virtual connection box. they could make history in making the fist malware for linux by a "professional" hack org.
It would take a lot more than that to get me to hate Linux. I've been using Linux since it first became available many years ago. I'm also competent enough to not need this sort of support tool, so I guess it doesn't really matter. I'd love a Linux version of Media Manager though.
