I had Keyon for the past 3 years. I thought they were great until recently. My connection constantly was down or I had no upload speed at all and a really faint download speed which reminded me of my dial-up days. I complained to Keyon and was told that they wouldn't be bothering to come out to fix it since their equipment told them that nothing was wrong with my service. Interesting since something was *really* wrong from where I sat! I'd even hooked up my computer directly to the Keyon feed from outside - no modem or anything in the way - still didn't work. Keyon didn't care - at ALL!!!
And BEWARE! They say their contract is automatically renewed on the anniversary date each and every year, so you have to cancel within 30 days of the anniversary date or they try to get more money out of you for a non-working system.
