Ontario, GTA | 3web/CIA VOIP local phone I have a local phone with 3web/CIA/Cybersurf through cable internet (Rogers)
Everything working good, with the only exception that I can not make any toll free calls (1-800-, 1-866-0) through their VOIP local phone line.
Checked my "dial plan" on the Linksys setup, it looks fine, there are no restrictions there !
