<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1332572"><b>jenom</b></A> : I have a local phone with 3web/CIA/Cybersurf through cable internet (Rogers)<br>Everything working good, with the only exception that I can not make any toll free calls (1-800-, 1-866-0) through their VOIP local phone line.<br>Checked my "dial plan" on the Linksys setup, it looks fine, there are no restrictions there !<br>(*xx|[23456789]11|0|[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxx|1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.)<br><br>Does anybody else experiencing this problem with them ???]]></description>
