The way they worded that makes it seem like they did you a favor by leaving the price for internet service alone. Though it is telling you the price won't come down.

Yeah, that's a laugh. It's like when a food place "doesn't charge you extra" for removing the cheese, condiments, other items they already built into the price... but they will graciously not give them to you if you ask... for no extra charge!
