Re: Maintenance Yep, I mentioned it on my 7/30/2009 notation. I even paid a personal vist to the local tech supervisor Mat Belt and the district manager Joe Browning. It is definitely a corporate/engineering policy of pure determined degradation of services for lack of true competition in the immediate area. I am trying to get some other folks involved in complaining to the right sources also. However many don't want to deal with the typical protocol of a truck roll for documentation and the BS scripted csr crap that generally wastes about an hour per phone call.
