That's a shadow #100,000. What they have done is run a fiber connection to these cell towers which should have been done a long time ago...
T1 is a backhall line I know they didn't install 100,000 t-1's.
100,000 * $1500 a month = $15,000,000 a month or * 12
$600,000,000 a year on new plant.
You don't think AT&T Mobility ran their T1 backhauls to AT&T wireline services? Thus costing a negligible amount?
