T1 is a backhall line I know they didn't install 100,000 t-1's.

100,000 * $1500 a month = $15,000,000 a month or * 12

$600,000,000 a year on new plant.

T1 circuits cost between 3 and 4 hundred a line now. But if you're AT&T buy them from yourself and you keep the prices high for everybody else to offset the cost.
