People send pictures, videos, work from home. Everyone could use faster uploads.
Also I am not talking about constant upload. When you need to upload something large you will wish you had your upload as fast as your download.
Internet in NL sucks. Rogers and the other ISPs gouge you with overpriced plans and download caps. I move here for work. 3 months ago I was in the US where I paid $45 a month with no caps for 20/1.5mbps in the middle of nowhere louisiana.
