Re: 3 weeks later... Maybe the AT&T network works well (2G and 3G) where you live. Maybe you don't need MMS...ever. Maybe you're fine with waiting for Apple to accept certain features into their product that have been in others for ages. Maybe you're fine paying $70+taxes+fees minimum for your cellular service.
More power to you...and "most people". Yes I'm making an assumption, however "most people" aren't here on DSLR. Anyone who's on here is a special case.
Again, I have the iPhone. Original, unlocked, on T-Mobile. Decent phone, no doubt. UI is the best out there at the moment. It's not a perfect phone though and as such I'm not paying $50 more per month than I am right now to get service with an iPhone on AT&T's network. The effective cost to me for the phone would be about $14-- over the life of the contract, versus what I'm paying now. Big difference, don't you think? |
