Apparently if this is true, MMS activation is coming this month. So we will see..

Then in that case AT&T is holding out on something they could do now. It takes a simple IPCC update to enable it. I did that to my iPhone and the MMS functionality was there, but you just could not complete the sending process.

If they are waiting to bundle it into 3.1 then that is a VERY piss poor decision.
