Phoenix, AZ | T-Mobile includes domestic roaming in their national plans, it just comes out of the applicable bucket. |

| That's obsolete if you have a national plan (which almost everyone does). Home areas are only applicable to the old regional plans, and even those included off-network (ie att and other GSM networks) within the home area. That .49/min charge was for outside of the regional plan home area.
