That's true but people used to drive from all over at one time.

It was probably a combination of several things.
The bad economy, the high unemployment rate, the price of gas and the out of pocket expenses.
Two people could easily drop a $100.00 or so.

Irregardless, it was nice while it lasted. :)

Every year there appeared to be less then the the previous year, though in it's day it was a great fair and a great place to take the family.
