I think that is the basic sd box price + maybe $1-$2 more some systems.
cable card seems to be outlet + $1-$2 card rent + HD cable card fee (some systems) per card.
HD seems to be outlet + $4-$5 box rent (hd fee built in?)
HD dvr seems to be outlet + $10-$15 rent (HD fee and dvr fee built in?). there old full price seem to be any from $10 /m box 1 promo price to $15-$16 full price to $20-$22 full price box 2+
will tru2way be the same outlet + guide data fee + hd fee + drv fee (yes tru2way forces cable co software and control on you)
