 | yep, i fell like i'm wandering around in crazy town with all these people complaining about programming fees, rate hikes, etc...
TV is so important it's worth 50-150 dollars a month? For a bunch of useless channels playing mostly useless content to deliver ads convincing us to by other mostly useless devices/products. Sure there are a couple good things on, but little that cant be rented/streamed from cheaper/free places.
I always get a chuckle at work when someone says. "Did you see that new iphone (or any other gizmo/product/fad) commercial? I need to get one of those!!" I just tell them I never see commercials anymore. |

 | reply to Mannus I also "cut the cord" about a year ago from the glut of mind rot and higher costs of cable. Hulu, youtube, and Netflix provides all I need for TV. I can choose what I want to watch with little or no commercials. Much, much happier. |
