New Clearwire customer going well

I just ordered the Clearwire service after finding out that my building wasn't served by cable or dsl. I had a few problems at first with the modem but have worked them out. I found a used wireless modem on Craigslist, which is great so now I don't have to lease one. I found what seems to be the best place to put the modem and receive 4-5 stars regularly. I've read many reviews and I can only hope that this great service continues. As for speed, I had cable previously and can't tell any difference from Clearwire, in fact it may even be faster.

One thing that I think sucks about Clearwire though, is that you have to sign a contract. If the service is really good and the company has nothing to hide customers will stay with you. It is a bad policy to trap customers for whom the service no longer works or they have moved out of the service area. I don't doubt that this is a greedy company out only for sales/money. But so are all of the other providers...
