<description><![CDATA[quattrog posted : I was speaking to an RCN rep the other day and questioned what was going on with true open access. His opinion was that it will never happen. He said that it would take a class action suit against the cable companies to get it moving again. It's been almost ten years since the original trials were started. Funny, you know what happened to MA Bell back in '84. And the need to allow other Long Distance providers access to the copper that ATT had built up. Now we're in the same boat with Cable. Just wondering. ]]></description>
