That means that they are upping the speeds based on nodes and watching to see how it works. Once that one is working well they move forward and upgrade the system one node at a time. <description><![CDATA[HawgGuy posted : Less than one week into a new Suddenlink Premier Package 10 Mbit signup.  The first few days were all good, reaching or nearly reaching the advertised speeds.  Today - different story.  Not what I was expecting.
