Link?

So where's the link to do this? I can't find it anywhere on Comcast's page.

You have to log into the customerCentral and on the main page, under "My Devices", click Domain Helper.

Still not seeing the "My Devices" tab. I clicked "Home", "Users & Settings" and "Internet". It's not under any of them.

Go to "Account Links" from the main comcast.net page and then choose the "My Account" option from the drop down menu. Then choose Users & Settings tab. Then look for the My Devices box on the right side.

P.S.>> You must be logged in using your MAIN account name. NOT any of the secondary names.

I think that may be why I'm having trouble.

You know, because that's simplified.

Compared to the way other ISPs handle DNS Redirection - YES!

What about compared to ISPs that don't do DNS redirection in the first place? Simplest solution yet is to not create a mess where there wasn't one in the first place.

That's not what we are discussing, so it's irrelevant.

Oh really? I think discussing why the ISP needs to suddenly get another source of ancillary income is still well within the context of the discussion. This isn't the place to do it, but I'm glad my primary residence isn't in a Comcast market anymore.

Simply because the majority of users can opt-out doesn't make it any less mindblowing that this is completely acceptable. They've streamlined the process some, sure. Are we supposed to shrug and just move along?

It takes less than a second to opt-out. Who really cares? Seriously.
