You have to log into the customerCentral and on the main page, under "My Devices", click Domain Helper.
Still not seeing the "My Devices" tab. I clicked "Home", "Users & Settings" and "Internet". It's not under any of them.
Go to "Account Links" from the main comcast.net page and then choose the "My Account" option from the drop down menu. Then choose Users & Settings tab. Then look for the My Devices box on the right side.
