Because, AT&T will market this everywhere in a way that will make consumers think its beneficial to all when its not. Sales reps will do the same thing. I understand AT&T is in this to make money. But damn, once in a while be nice to the group of people that help keep your ass in business. Meaning, let EVERYONE take advantage of this offer.
