You are right about Verizon plans.The trick here to keep the old Alltel plan in effect by not upgrading to new equipment. Just buy a CMDA phone out right and have Verizon activate it. This way you keep more minutes for the dollar. Since Verizon merger, I get constant teasers to upgrade from Verizon.
