 | CS history is available The customer support message history (record of request) is available, but not in a "in your face pop-up" way. In the account management page, you have to click "customer support" and then "sent", and you see every message you have sent.
Similarly, to see their answers, you have to click "customer support" and then "Inbox". |

 1 edit | Do you know that your request will NOT show up in "sent" if they choose to ignore your request. So it shows no history of requests in their system but I kept a record of communications with them. |
