This clearly seems better than the certain amount of #'s you can call for free from other carriers. But, even if Sprint manage to attract new customers their network will go far downhill than what it is now.
But I still don't think this will safe sprint at all, why? because when the whole world is going LTE they're going WiMax (Which they're not paying and building it) and they just signed a deal with Ericsson that will switch all the maintenance of the towers to Ericsson, so when problems come who will they point fingers at? Good luck.
For the average urban/suburban person, this plan is the next best thing to an unlimited plan. The future for Sprint.. who knows. It always appears to be divided at the top. -- Canada = Hollywood North
reply to glinc Sprint donated a lot to the Clear WiMAX deal and retains a majority stake in the company. By "a lot" I mean most of the spectrum, which is expensive stuff.
