It's the exact same reason I went with a Pre over an iPhone. While I like Apple's hardware, having no cell reception at the home killed the deal for me.

I don't consider paying $5 a month for decent signal in my home all that expensive. For those who have marginal Sprint signals this is an inexpensive solution.
