Roaming.

I was really excited by this plan until I noticed the 'NO ROAMING' bit. I do a lot of driving for my job, and in SW Missouri there are a lot.. a LOT of roaming areas. Oh well, I guess I just won't call anyone when I'm out, save for customers if I need directions.

roaming is still no charge, just uses your minutes unless it is nights and weekends, so it simply will not change for you.

Re: Roaming.

How is it that you are roaming while physically located in the USA? Doesn't Roaming mean you are outside the USA?? or is sprints network that poor inside the USA that they can't provide a signal to you within our boarders???

This. Their signal map is hideous.

You can google the Sprint coverage maps. Generally if Sprint doesn't have strong signal, you will roam on to a Verizon or other providers tower. During roaming M2M isn't free, it counts against anytime minutes. I think though that N&W still work as free even when roaming.

My biggest gripe is when roaming we lose high speed internet. Roaming internet is slow.

Not always the case. If you are in an Alltel area, Sprint users can roam to Alltel EVDO... I've done it many times.

On my pre I have data roaming turned on, in some Part of PA I have gotten EVr. You basically roam on VZ EVDO.

For roaming M2M is still going to count against your minutes, Sprint has no additional charges for any kind of roaming so nights and weekends will still not count against anytime minutes.

Nope, roaming is anytime when you are out of your carrier's native coverage area whether domestically or abroad. Verizon roams in certain areas of the US as does AT&T and T-Mobile, it's not just Sprint.
