| Teleblend customer service needs training
I just discontinued my service with Teleblend and the person who answered the call was the most discourteous person I had ever come across in all of my life. Her exact statement when I asked her why I wouldnt be reimbursed for the pro-rated period left on my billing cycle - was that because I'm prepaid. I said i was not pre-paid I'm post-paid since i make international calls etc. and i get charged after i make these calls. Her exact answer was 'this call is over sir..your conf number is...". me: hang on .."this call is over sir.."... me:hang on.. she:bye... me:hey wait...hwo abt the equipment.. she: its yours ..bye
I dont know about you guys..if this is how they treat me ..you are all not far behind. I doubt teleblend will survive with this kind of attitude |

Good Luck |

| reply to bujji I'm sorry for the expierence that you had, but I would like to clear something up. International calls are post paid due to the fact that we don't know the calls you make till you make them. Your monthly service is pre-paid. That's why you pay for service at the moment you sign-up. If the service was post-paid, then you would pay the next month. So in this case, the representive did tell you correctly that you prepaid for service, and no refunds are given per our Terms of Service. |
